OEM parts fixed stripped plastic gear in original at 103,000 miles, replaced motor because old one came apart not well. The new actuator motor fixed the problem ,it shut off 4wd light abs ,brake airbag lights,took a few hours as the exhaust pipes block access to transfer case c Ross member ,price was a lot less than ,Bmw , original was a ,Bosch just like this part.

Was sent the incorrect front rotors when I ordered the rear for my '06 325. Made them aware and they made it right as quickly as they could. Can't ask for more than that, everyone makes mistakes. Excellent customer service. Their mistake cost them a small amount of money that they can write off and in doing so, kept a loyal customer. The rotors and ceramic pads fit perfectly and perform better than OEM.

So far so good. I haven't received my orders but from all the questions I asked and the response I got from them it's satisfactory. I purchased a lot of parts for my car from Amazon and I received parts that didn't fit for my car. A lot of labor, time, money and sweat was spent without anyone talking responsibility or be accountable to selling the wrong parts. So I hope this will work. I will update after the parts arrive and installed. But so far. I say Golden. Now I have received my order and installed everything. What a difference. The parts I got from you fits perfectly. My car is running almost like new. I will be your customer for life I am sure. For anyone who reads this. Please don't buy any car parts from Amazon specifically for a BMW. I almost lost my BMW 330ci convertible 2001 with only 145 thousands miles because of a part that was completely wrong. Lesson learned.

My order seemed lost and I communicated as much by chat on the OEM Bimmer Parts site. Instead of getting a single reply, someone followed up for the next several days. Finally, with no apparent movement of the shipment, OEM Bimmer Parts sent 2 expedited replacement orders (due to item availability) by UPS from 2 locations arriving on a Saturday and Sunday. I have never seen a company this responsive to a supposedly lost order, which then arrived the following Monday after all. As someone with a mail order business, this is a big deal!
