New returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition; this includes the packing the part came in. If there is torn or missing packaging, greasy hand prints, any added labels etc to the packing, then it is not considered in new resalable condition and will not be credited.New parts returned must be returned with in 45days of the invoice date and be sealed and the manufactures packaging and show NO signs of being opened.We DO NOT charge any restocking fees however any shipping cost that we paid to ship the order to you, Will be deducted from your credit,We offer free shipping on orders over 69.00 but we still have to pay to ship the order to you, So if the order is returned where the ending value of the order is under 69.00, Any shipping cost paid to ship the order to you will be deducted from the final credit.
