Start Your Return
You will need to submit your RMA form for any parts that are being returned. You will need to print off the form which will be emailed to you after completing the form and include it with your return.
All Returns Need a RMA Form!
Any part that is being returned will require the RMA form be filled out to be printed off and included with the parts return in order to be successfully processed. New & sealed items can be returned within 45days of being ordered. Items are covered by the 2 year parts replacement warranty.
Shipping Your Return!
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping as well as any insurance to protect against damage or loss in transit. Please keep the tracking information so you can file a claim in the event that the carrier losses or damages your shipment.

Packaging Your Part Return!
Your parts must be returned in the exact same condition as they were shipped to you in and received. We do understand sometimes you do not need a part, however we cannot sell a brand new part that has been torn out of its packaging or had any type of security seals broken on the manufacturers packaging.
New Item Return?
If you are returning a brand new & sealed item that you do not need or chose to not use, you are more than welcome to do so as long as the item is brand new and sealed in the factory packaging. Any electrical item that has been installed or shows any signs of being installed or has had the security tape on the manufacturers packaging breached is not returnedable.
Need to Return a Core?
If you purchased a rebuilt item that had a core charge added to your invoice during check-out, You will need to package your old part which is the core in the same manufactures/rebuilders box that it arrived to you in and ship the core back to us at your expense. We do not provide any return shipping labels or refunds for the cost to return your core.

Item Arrived Damaged?
If your item arrived damaged, You will need to supply images of the damaged item and of the packaging so a damage claim can be filed we will the carrier. We will supply a return shipping label to send the damaged item back if the carrier requires this as well as shipping out a replacement part. Please email us at customer-service@oembimmerparts.com with your images of damage and the order number.
Unacceptable Returns
New Non-Sellable : Parts that have been handled,torn open manufactures packaging, modified, or altered such that they cannot be resold as Brand New (this includes the manufacture packaging .This also includes items which have been installed, or kits that are incomplete, or missing the manufacturer’s packing, or items that are clearly marked as non returnable in the item description.
Damaged or Used: Items that have been damaged or broken during the installation process, Parts that were utilized for diagnostic purposes, or failed outside of our standard warranty time frame of 2 years or any item sent back that is covered in grease and shows clears signs of being handled/tampered with.
Cores: If a core arrives back without the original manufacturer’s packaging/box it will not be accepted back for core credit.
Electrical Parts of Any Kind: Electrical parts by nature are not returnable for any reason, They are covered by a 2 year replacement warranty but are not able to be returned once their packaging has been opened.
Returns FAQ
Our 2 year parts replacement warranty covers any part that fails under the two-years or 24,000 miles from the date of purchase. It does not cover items that are damaged due to collision, racing, incorrect installation or signs of neglect.
We accept returns back for a refund within 45 days from the original purchase date. We do not accept installed parts used for diagnostic purposes, one-time repairs (tools, electrical, etc) or items used to service or repair any vehicles other than the original customer’s. For returns older than 45 days, we only accept parts as a warranty return, requiring a replacement order to be placed prior to return under the 2 year replacement warranty.
If you have deemed that your part is defective within the two year warranty timeframe, you are more than welcome to return it back for a replacement under the two year parts replacement warranty.
Yes electrical parts are not returnable once they have been opened, any gaskets or seals are not returnable if they have been removed from their factory packaging, any item that is sold in the form of a kit cannot be sent back as a partial kit return.
