Email notifications are sent out once your order has shipped. Generally orders will ship with in 24 hours of the order being placed (Monday-Friday). We do not back order items so in the rare circumstance that an item was not available you will have been contacted about it.

Once your order has been submitted there is about a 5 minute window before the order will not be able to be canceled. Once this time frame has passed you will need to return your order once you receive it.

If you have created an account Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

If you purchased items without creating an account then you can ask us to send you an account activation email.

Once you have added your items to your shopping cart and added your shipping/billing info you will be shown the shipping options that we offer. Most orders will have a FREE shipping option that you can select as well as expedited choices for a fee. FREE shipping does not apply for Alaska & Hawaii as well as any international orders.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. Then click the Recover Password link under the login box.  That link will send you a password reset email.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that any items that were ordered in error and have been opened from the manufactures packaging will not be able to be returned.

Orders will ship with in 24 hours of you placing your order through our site(Monday-Friday), This does not mean that you have 24 hours to change or cancel your order as once it has gone into processing it can not be canceled or changed. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

If your shipping address is in Hawaii or Alaska then your order will not have the free shipping option at the time of checkout as the FREE shipping offer is only valid for the lower 48 states. All other shipping destinations will be calculated at checkout.

All delivery times are approximate and given in business days (Monday-Friday)

  • Best Value  Shipping = $10.95 = 3-4 Business days on most cases
  • Flat Rate Shipping = $12.85 = 4-6 Business days in most cases (Orders that are Under $69.00)
  • Flat Rate Shipping + =$17.50-22.50 (Varies) 2-3 Business Days In Most Cases
  • Flat Rate ++ Shipping = $26.95-89.50 (Varies) = 1-2 Business days in most cases
  • Flat Rate Heavy Shipping = $49.50-125.00 = 1-2 Business days in most cases (Heavy/Oversized)

 

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

All parts are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Warranties are for 2 years or 24,000 miles from the original date of purchase, Oembimmerparts.com, LLC warrants that at the time of shipment the products sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Oembimmerparts.com, LLC's maximum liability shall NOT in any case exceed the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) for the products purchased from Oembimmerparts.com, LLC and claimed to be defective.

Oembimmerparts.com, LLC agrees to provide a replacement for, but not pay for any labor that is required to remove or install or supplies which may be used or shipping costs.

Oembimmerparts.com, LLC will NOT be liable for any loss, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or negligence, and arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of the products.

This warranty does not under any circumstances extend to any product sold by Oembimmerparts.com, LLC which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or use for any purpose other than its intended use. This warranty does NOT extend to or apply to any unit which has been repaired or altered.

This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.

We collect sales tax on behalf of many different states. Each state is different is what is required. The tax total will be shown at checkout.

Credits usually take 2-3 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Note: It may take longer for your bank to reflect the credit to your account.
